Now that I'm looking at this, I think I need to do a few subtasks first:

#535 (Add admin link to nav)
#536 Convert the icons.j2 file to v3 icons.html
#537 Create a 'blank' v3 themed admin page
#538 Migrate the player manager page over to v3
#539 Migrate the job schedule manager page over to v3
#540 Migrate the compose email page over to v3
