Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
I believe that this is caused by people using the 'back' button after submitting their picks
She was able to enter the picks twice by hitting the 'back' button.. I'll have to investigate that.
One possible solution is to add a unique index to prevent the addition of a record
